1. Donations:

• Non-refundable Policy:
  Donations made towards our programs, including the education of underprivileged girls, health camps, and environmental initiatives, are non-refundable. We rely on your contributions to carry out our charitable activities, and funds are used to support various ongoing and upcoming programs.
  Once a donation is processed, it cannot be refunded.

• Exception for Error in Donation Amount:
  If there was an error in processing your donation (e.g., an incorrect amount was charged), please contact us within 7 days of the donation. We will assess the situation and issue a refund, if applicable, based on the circumstances. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used.

2. Event Registration & Tickets (If applicable):

• Cancellation by the Donor/Participant:
  If you have registered for an event (such as a fundraising event, workshop, etc.) organized by Vrindavan Kunj Gali Sewa Trust, and you wish to cancel your registration, please inform us at least 48 hours prior to the event. While we will try to accommodate changes, please note that refunds may not be issued for cancellations made after this time.

• Event Cancellation by the NGO:
  In the event that an event is canceled by the Vrindavan Kunj Gali Sewa Trust, you will be notified immediately. We will offer a full refund to all registered participants for canceled events.

3. Service Fees (If applicable):

• Any service fees related to payments (e.g., processing fees charged by payment gateways) are non-refundable. These fees are not collected by our organization but are part of the payment processing service provided by third-party platforms.

4. Change of Purpose of

 Donations:

• Donations Designated for Specific Purposes (e.g., health camp, education):
  If you have donated for a specific purpose (e.g., a particular health camp or educational program), we will ensure that the funds are used as intended. However, if the designated program is unable to take place or has been completed earlier than expected, we may redirect the funds to another program or cause of similar impact.

  If you are unhappy with the redirection, please contact us, and we will provide clarification.

5. Refund Time frame:

Refunds will be processed and credited within 7-10 business days after approval, credited back to the original payment method.
