At Vrindavan Kunj Gali Sewa Trust, all donations are voluntary contributions made towards our charitable and social welfare initiatives.
Once a donation is successfully processed, it is generally non-refundable. Donated funds are utilized for ongoing educational, community welfare, and humanitarian support programs.
In case of an accidental duplicate transaction or an error in payment processing, donors may contact us within 7 days of the transaction. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
As donations are immediately allocated towards charitable activities, cancellation of completed donations may not be possible after successful processing.
